- Modern, flexible assembly lines, fitted with the latest camera and code reader security systems, to ensure the integrity of assembled product
- Blister packing of tablets and capsules using a variety of forming materials, including child-resistant solutions. Surepharm is proud to act as a reference site for the Uhlmann BEC 300 blister packing line in the UK
- Filling of Pots or Bottles, including leaflet insertion or label-leaflet, tamper evident or child-resistant closures and cartons
- Project underway to achieve compliance with the Falsified Medicines Directive 2011/62/EU ahead of February 2019 when Regulation EU 2016/161 comes into force; all relevant human medicinal products affected will be serialised and a Track & Trace system implemented
- Distribution from our purpose-built, environmentally monitored warehouse
